How the Ready-Set-Go™ Method Works
Our 3-step process makes car repair simple and honest — no surprises, no shop visits. We start with a strategy-based diagnostic, complete your service on-site, and leave you with clear documentation, warranty protection, and peace of mind.

We get you scheduled and diagnosed.

Step 1 of our Ready-Set-Go™ Method begins with a strategy-based diagnostic session. A technician will document any critical data with video or photos, and a report with a quote will be provided after the diagnostic is paid.

The diagnostic fee is a flat rate based on your location in the San Antonio metroplex:
$130 for vehicles located inside Loop 410
$162.50 for locations between Loop 410 and Loop 1604
$195 (equivalent to 1.5 hours of flat-rate labor) for areas outside Loop 1604.

Monday through Saturday. We try to be as flexible as possible with scheduling because we understand that sometimes you can’t be.

A Strategy-Based Diagnostic in the context of a mobile auto repair business is a systematic approach to identifying and resolving vehicle issues efficiently and accurately. Unlike traditional “parts-swapping” or trial-and-error methods, this approach relies on technical knowledge, data analysis from scan tools, and logical testing strategies.
STEP 2: SET
We show up and fix your car on-site.
Step 2 of our Ready-Set-Go™ Method begins once your quote is approved. We order parts if needed and schedule your service. On appointment day, your technician confirms arrival, completes the repair, and performs a final quality check before heading out.

Our labor rate is $130 per hour, and we use flat-rate industry labor times to calculate job costs. This ensures transparent, up-front pricing based on the standard time a job should take—not how long it happens to take.

Yes. Here’s how our warranty works:
OEM Parts: 1-year full coverage warranty. That means both the part and labor are covered if something goes wrong.
White-label or Aftermarket Parts: 1–2 year labor warranty that covers workmanship only. If a part fails, we’ll help with the replacement process, but labor to install a defective part again is not covered.
Out-of-Town Protection: Through Pronto coverage, every repair comes with a 2-year/24,000-mile nationwide warranty, so if you’re away from home and something fails, you’re still covered.

A $20 shop fee may be applied to all tickets. For all customers outside Loop 410, a 1.25-hour minimum may apply based on location and travel times.
STEP 3: GO
You’re paid up, protected, and back on the road.
In Step 3 of the Ready-Set-Go™ Method, we finalize payment and provide documentation. Your service includes warranty coverage and roadside support through Pronto Coverage, and we follow up to make sure everything’s working like it should.
