Field technicians need to be comfortable working independently, making smart decisions, communicating clearly, and representing Caleb’s Car Care at the customer’s location.

You may be a lone wolf in the field, but you are still part of the pack. You will have systems, support, communication, and backup from the team. Then we come back together, compare notes, solve problems, and keep building the operation.

We help with customer flow, scheduling, software, payments, marketing, and the brand.

The goal is to help skilled technicians stay focused on excellent work, clear documentation, good communication, and serving customers well.

It depends. We will work out the best arrangement, be clear about expectations, pay, schedule, responsibilities, and how the relationship works before anything starts.

We do not do random drug testing as part of normal hiring.

However, if there is an accident, insurance claim, safety issue, legal requirement, or situation where testing is required, that may be handled according to policy, insurance requirements, and applicable law.
