Labor & Rates

  • Flat Rate ($130/hour) — Applies when we supply the parts. Repairs are priced using industry-standard labor times.

  • Hourly ($130/hour) — Applies only if you supply the parts or for open-ended custom work.

Minimum charge: 1 hour (1.25 hours outside Loop 410 based on travel time).

Diagnostics
Most concerns are billed 1.0 hour flat rate to identify the issue. Diagnosis is always billed separately and not applied toward the repair.

Fees

  • $20 shop fee (may apply to any ticket)

  • $20 parts pick-up fee (if we source your parts locally)

  • 3% card processing fee (credit/debit/Apple Pay)

  • Keys are held until the bill is paid in full
